At BeStudio, we are committed to providing a transparent, flexible, and convenient payment experience for all customers. This payment policy applies across all BeStudio locations: District 2 (Thao Dien), District 3 (Le Van Sy), and District 10 (Ha Do).
1. Accepted Payment Methods

Customers can pay in cash at the counter after completing services or product purchases.
🔹 Bank Transfer

Bank transfers via Internet/Mobile Banking are accepted. Account details will be provided at the counter or on the invoice.

2. Payment Terms & Notes

Please carefully check your invoice and total amount before confirming any payment.

For bank transfers, kindly include the following in your transfer note: “Full Name + Phone Number + Branch + Service”.

BeStudio will process any payment-related inquiries within 24 business hours of receiving the request.

BeStudio does not issue refunds for services that have already been completed, except in cases of service error verified by management.
3. Receipts & Invoices

Customers may request a paper or electronic receipt for any transaction.

For VAT invoices, please provide company information on the same day of service to ensure timely processing.
