RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY – BESTUDIO
At BeStudio, we strive to deliver professional, punctual, and flexible service experiences for all clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all, we implement a clear rescheduling and cancellation policy across all BeStudio branches.
1. Notice Period for Rescheduling/Cancellation

Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

For peak hours (weekends, holidays, or after 5:00 PM), we recommend notifying us at least 4 hours in advance for better support.
2. Notification Channels
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through:

3. Late Arrival

BeStudio will hold your booking for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the studio’s availability.
4. Deposit for Special Bookings
Certain services that are high in value or require special preparation (long combos, group sessions, training classes) may require a deposit to secure the appointment. In these cases:

If you cancel less than 1 hour in advance or do not show up, the deposit will be non-refundable.

The deposit can be transferred to another booking if cancellation is made within the allowed notice period.
5. Frequent Cancellations
If a client cancels or reschedules 3 times or more within 2 months, they may:

Have limited priority for peak hour bookings

Be required to confirm appointments via message or deposit
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies (illness, accidents, force majeure) may occur. BeStudio is always willing to reschedule flexibly. Please inform us as early as possible so we can accommodate you better.
